“Events and Conferences are my passion” – Founder Jill Conway has provided event and meeting management services for over 30 years. Jill managed international trade show participation for a software company right after college and then started Detail Management in 1988 focusing on non-profit event fundraising support and business events. Jill has had contracted management positions with many clients including Fiesta Bowl, McDonald’s, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson, The University of Arizona, Banner-University Medical Center, Stanford University, The College of Veterinary Internal Medicine and more. She creates and executes successful plans that not only meet client expectations, but also provide an excellent guest/attendee experience which translates in to more revenue and continued client success.
Scott has over 30 years in business development and operations. Specializing in event & conference management for the last 7 years, Scott has spent the prior 25 years with Fortune 50 businesses and private equity management. He is Six sigma black belt certified, Honeywell Presidents Club Winner and led teams in the development of Time Magazine, Popular Science Magazine and American Composites “Product of the Year”

Dane Anderson strives to achieve excellence in his event projects. Dane has over 5 years of experience in event, banquet and meeting management. Dane assisted with the creation and development of events and meetings for Fortune 50 companies in addition to providing event and meeting on-site support. Dane handles client finance, venue relations, vendor relations and tracking, and many additional details to ensure that each event or meeting achieves and surpasses client expectations.
